Overthinking is under feeling— here’s why

Here’s the thing: overthinking is often a symptom of a deeper issue - under feeling.

When we don’t allow ourselves to fully feel and process our emotions, our minds can get stuck in a state of constant analysis, trying to make sense of things that may never make sense.

It’s not about silencing your thoughts or ignoring your emotions, but rather about acknowledging and accepting them.

By allowing ourselves to feel and process our emotions, we can break free from the cycle of overthinking and find a sense of clarity and peace.

Remember, feeling is not the opposite of thinking - it’s an essential part of the thinking process.
