I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Costa Mesa, California.  I work high achieving young adults struggling with anxiety, perfectionism, and trauma.  I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy through the EMDR International Association.  I earned a Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Chapman University in 2020, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Chapman University in 2018.  In addition, I am a member of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists (CAMFT).  I am also an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Master’s of Marriage and Family Therapy program at Hope International University.

 How I Work

I work with high achieving young adults & first responders as they experience life phase transitions, helping them navigate anxiety, trauma, and people pleasing tendencies. I use various therapeutic modalities such as EMDR and attachment based theories. I connect with my clients in an authentic way which allows them to feel safe, seen, heard & not judged during their healing process.
